Welcome to Markley Designs (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website at markleydesigns.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Markley Designs approach every project with the purpose of delivering an end product that is livable, environmentally responsible, and aesthetically pleasing. Architectural Design, Interior Design, Architecture Planning, Sustainable Design, Construction Consulting.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account.
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize Markley Designs to charge your preferred payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Markley Designs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of our services.
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:
Sending spam or unsolicited messages
Violating any laws or regulations
Attempting to access systems or data without authorization
All content and materials on our site and in our services, excluding client-owned assets, are the property of Markley Designs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markley Designs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our services are intended for businesses located in the United States. We do not represent that our services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
